I'll explain what I mean. The negative effects of a little junk food cannot overcome the power of a well nourished body.
 
But likewise the effects of a weak stab at getting healthy cannot overcome a lifestyle of eating poorly! That is why the sooner you get onto what I am teaching the sooner you get the benefits of of vital nutrients.


If I could only make just one suggestion that would dramatically change your health for the better, it would be this.

EAT MORE FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.

This is why I call my site healthfix. Once you understand the benefits of eating healthy it won't be hard to drive past a junk food restaurant. These are good healthy choices I am teaching you. Now we get to make some (good healthy decisions).  All this leads us to good healthy cooking which leads us to nutritional wellness and nutritional fitness.

If you went to the
Webmd site you would have noticed the different foods. Some for breakfast, lunch, supper, and snacks. Almost every evening for supper I cook enough for at least two more meals. I save money, time, and I get a great meal for work the next day. The benefits of eating healthy at work are the same or more important as the rest of the day. I guarantee you I eat better than most people and I am for sure healthier.

 For those of you who don't eat meat, I found this great e-book for the
vegetarian
in your home. Everyone should have access to a good diet. Check your local grocery store for organic produce. Many produce managers are aware of the popularity and growing demand for these food items.

So I will start buying organic flour, organic dehydrated cane juice, extra virgin organic olive oil  and have my cake WITH my natural steak and organic vegetables.
 
Now thats a meal!!
How simple can this get? I still eat what everybody else eats, I eat in moderation so I don't get overweight, I exercise regularly, and my immune system AND THE REST OF MY BODY gets the vitamins and mineral nutrients it needs to function "the way it was designed." I then take a supplement to supercharge me!!
