Being able to get your body functioning correctly will boost your ability to be more active, help get you working correctly, and help you feel like you were created to feel. I don't want to get caught up on feeling but lets be honest, what are you likely to do when you feel like a 14 out of 100? On the other how about a 198 out of 100?
