I know it's hard to eat a balanced meal. At times we become so busy that we don't pay attention to what we eat. How are you supposed to balance this all at once?

Meals on the go have become a way of life for many.

The food pyramid would look something like this; chips, sugar, jalapeno peppers, soda, everything else.
